1972 Jaguar XKE 2+2 Coupe out of long term storage. Repainted 7 years ago in the Jaguar BRG used in 1963 (which has a touch of metallic), this exceptional coupe is complete and rust free. The 5.3L aluminum V12 with 4 carburators starts and runs well and is coupled to a 4 speed manual.
The car runs, but does not drive.
The 1972 grill insert and air scoop were removed during the repainting and are included with the car. (I thought it looked better without the grill).
This has the 4 speed manual and air conditioning. The odometer shows 10,215 with actual milage unknown.
The tan interior shows little wear. Items that need attention: glove box door and one AC output. Engine starts but car does not drive. Brakes and clutch need re-commissioning.
The fuel pump and engine start right up and idles fine with good oil pressure and alternator outlet.
Please note New Hampshire does not issue titles for cars older than 25 years.
